Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Some items like final sale or underwear are non-returnable.

Just email us. You’ll receive a prepaid return label if eligible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Absolutely! If the size you need is available, we’ll process an exchange once your original item is received.

Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Yes, for select items. Pre-order details (estimated shipping date, charges, etc.) will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the U.S. and Canada. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

We process all orders within [1-2] business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Domestic (US): 3–5 business days.

  • International: 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing.

  • Note: Shipping times may vary during holiday seasons.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ days or your package is missing, reach out to our Support Team and we’ll help resolve it ASAP.

Sizing & Fit

Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper) just below the wrist bone.

  • Small: 6 – 6.5 inches

  • Medium: 6.5 – 7 inches (Standard size)

  • Large: 7 – 7.5 inches

  • If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

We want you to love your crystals! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We pack our crystals with extra care, but accidents happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the broken item. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect product.

Product & Care

Yes! We pride ourselves on sourcing authentic, high-quality gemstones. Because these are natural stones, you may notice slight variations in color, pattern, or size. This is normal and means your bracelet is one-of-a-kind.

  • Avoid Water: We recommend removing your bracelets before swimming or showering to preserve the elasticity of the cord and the integrity of softer stones (like Selenite).

  • Cleansing: You can cleanse your crystals by placing them in moonlight or using sage smoke. Avoid leaving colored stones in direct sunlight for long periods as they may fade.
